Catalina is the Co-Founder and Director of Beloved International. As her responsibilities can range from editing media to organizing fundraiser events, her main responsibility lies with overseeing Beloved's domestic operations. She comes from a large family and has a clear passion for children and the Gospel. She graduated from UCSD with a BA in Religious Studies and spent her first post-grad year in China as an English-teacher and caretaker at an orphanage with fellow missionaries. She and her husband, David are planning to head out to China long-term for missions and hopes to be a mother herself of a Beloved Home. David and Catalina currently live in Northern California as a part of a church plant.
Mitchell Kim - Director
Mitchell is a Director for Beloved International. He is responsible for overseeing Beloved's presence over various forms of social media and spreading Beloved’s message to the general public . Additionally, he is in charge of updating our supporters on current events regarding our home and educating others about issues regarding orphan care. Mitchell was first interested in Beloved because he saw the ministry as an opportunity to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ by caring for the neediest and most vulnerable of all people--orphans. Mitchell graduated from UCLA and finished law school in Washington D.C. He enjoys all things UCLA, Dodgers and Lakers. Mitchell loves God and he likes sports.
Benjamin Du - Development Manager
Ben is the Development Manager for Beloved International. He is responsible for raising funds and developing partnerships with local churches. For his first missions trip, he spent two months in a mountainous village in Zambia and the many orphans he met left him with the desire to serve God by caring for the afflicted and poor. He is blessed to help raise money that will go to support needy Christian families and strongly believes in Beloved's commitment to clearly display the doctrine of adoption. He went to UCLA for both college and graduate school and is thankful for how God grew him during those years. He is a data consultant with PwC and enjoys traveling, serving at his church, and spending time with his family.
Christine Juang - Operations & Development Manager
As the Operations and Development Manager, Christine is responsible for overseeing all internal tasks and maintaining the continual growth of Beloved International. She has always had a heart to work with the underserved and has been involved in organizations such as Kenya Dream, Miracles for Kids, and Spark Program. Christine was especially drawn to Beloved because of the unique solution it offers to the orphan crisis - the spiritual adoption into God's family through the love of Jesus Christ. In 2012, Christine helped found Beloved's first collegiate chapter at UC Irvine and is very blessed to continue serving the Lord by joining Beloved staff. She enjoys discovering foodie spots, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her military boyfriend.
